Final figures for a comparison on win, draw and double chance for the 09/10 season. I dont have a full set of odds for the DNB and DC at 30 minutes after the email is sent so for a fair comparison the figures below are based on the odds just before kick-off:-

Profit/loss + 28.49 pts - ROI 23.5%
DRAW NO BET (refund if the game is a draw)
Profit.loss + 19.24 pts - ROI 15.9%
DOUBLE CHANCE (winning bet if a win or a draw. The same as laying the opposition)
Profit/loss + 15.57 pts - ROI 12.8%
From a pure profit point of view, confirmation that win only is the best way to go. I do appreciate though that from a psychological point of view it makes life much less stressfull to have cover on the draw. It also should be stated that it is probably possible to improve the Draw No Bet and Double Chance figures a touch by manually creating the bets yourself or by playing the Asian handicaps.
It comes down to personal preference really. If you can handle the lower strikerate and lack of a safety net that betting win only brings then you should go for it. I couldn't fault anyone though for wanting a bit of added security.
I feel it is my job to get members the best possible profit so the recommended bets will continue to be win only. It is then up to you personally how you play it.
